In addition to being renamed, NEOS 20 also received an overhaul of the entrance and access areas, new lobbies and hallways on all floors of each building, as well as new facilities such as a coffee-shop and gym.

The principal objective of the architectural work at NEOS 20 Business Park was providing the asset an identity of its own, to create a place to retain and attract talent, a place where people want to work and spend time in.

To achieve this, the main common areas of the Business Park, such as the main access, lobbies, hallways and bathroom facilities, are transformed into places of comfort, committed to sustainability and accessibility whilst seeking to achieve maximum energy efficiency for its users.
